Carolyn Krueskamp RD, MS, CPT


 

I am a Registered Dietitian & Personal Trainer with a Master's Degree in Nutritional Sciences.

 

I used to under eat and over exercise and have been in your shoes! I’ve done all the fads, cleanses, and trends and guess what? None of it worked! I struggled for so many years after gaining 25 pounds, but eventually came to a place of balance (after 7+ years!)

I've put in the time and work so that you don't have to. Now I am able to enjoy my favorite foods, have found exercise that I enjoy, and live a life full of balance without stressing about what my next meal is going to be.
